He is survived by: his mother Mary Charlene Huber (Powers) of Oil City, PA; his siblings, Patricia Feroz (Daniel) of Oil City, PA, William Powers (Patricia) of Parker, PA and Catharine Powers (Rebecca Coste) of Akron, OH; his stepsiblings, Jeanne Wilkens (Harry) of Tabor, IA and Michael Huber (Heidi) of Leesburg, VA; his brother Scott Bell (Sue) of New Zealand; his nieces and nephews, David Feroz (Ryuta) of Brambleton, VA, Michael Feroz (Elena) of Washington, DC, Andrew Van Grubb (Krystyna) of Albuquerque, NM, Emily Powers of Cleveland, OH, Maya Kerr Coste of Akron, OH, Charles Wilkens of Omaha, NE. and Timothy Wilkens of Omaha, NE.; and his pet Pepper. He is also survived by his many cousins, friends.
