He was predeceased by: his brothers, Daniel and Jerome; and his son-in-law Jefferey Wallick. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann; his daughters, Valarie Wallick and Victoria Shifferly (Douglas); his grandchildren, Skylar Shifferly, Sophie Shifferly, Robbert Wallick (Ashley) and Alexia Wallick; his great grandchildren, Noah and Lukas; his siblings, Patrick E. (Peggy), Peter M., Timothy F. Varley (Debra) and Maryanne Rizzi (Ronald); and his brother-in-law Edward W. Klink. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers., memorials may be made to the Queen of Heaven Youth. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel).
