He is survived by: his wife Kim Gresham; his sons, David Gresham (Nisreen) and Raymond Gresham; his granddaughter Amina Gresham; his brothers, Tom Gresham (Barb), Ted Gresham (Stephanie) and Denny Gresham (Carol); his nieces and nephews, Doug, Jimmy, Matt, Jonathan, Dawn of LeeAnna, PJ, Jessica, Jared, Alex, Aaron, Paige and Ruby; his mother-in-law Debbie Pfahl; and his siblings-in-law, Denise Timmons (Tom) and Michael Pfahl (Nicole). He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, relatives, friends.
