As Violet departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Violet may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Violet leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Karn and Nellie Karn; her brothers, Harold and George Stinard; her niece Bonnie Church; and also Raymond Christy.
She is survived by: her sons, John Christy (Judy) and David Christy (Ann); and her granddaughters, Leigh and Cheryl.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305, USA). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
