He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil J. and Esther; his wife Patricia Plymire; his daughter Lora Balthis; and his siblings, Charles, Bonnie, Harley and Homer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa (Patrick), Ashley (Jay) and Tricia; his grandchildren, Russy, Aiden and Brynn; his sister Virgene Mallone; and his nephew Marc.
