He is survived by: his children, Duane Campbell (Christine), William Campbell Jr. (Tonya), Matthew Campbell (Leslie) and Ashley Berger III (Richard); his grandchildren, Sarah Herndon (Micah), Joey Campbell (Alexis), Megan Woods (Logan), Ryan Campbell, Jake, Zack Campbell, James Campbell, Alex Campbell, Richard Berger IV, Anthony Berger (Hannah), Quentin Berger and Riley Berger; his great grandchildren, Colten Herndon, Harper Herndon, Frankie Campbell, Andi Campbell and Oliver Woods; and his siblings, Gloria Cruise, Kathy Holler and Robin Sundheimer (Loren).
