He is survived by: his wife Violet "Jean" Monbarren; his siblings-in-law, Helen and Webster; and his children, Edward Garrett (Debbie), Deborah Zupancic (Jim) and Rodney Garrett. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews.
