With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William J Longfellow Jr. of Akron, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint William leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his parent Patsy Martin (Swigeart); his daughter Shawna Harmon (Roger); his grandson Seth Longfellow; and his great grandchild Sora Longfellow. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schlup-Pucak & Wilson Funeral Home (788 Kenmore Blvd, Akron, OH 44314). A memorial service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
