He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Blackburn and Angeline Blackburn (Schumacher); his siblings, Ralph (Peg Blackburn), Francis Marion (Geraldine Blackburn), Glen (Pola Blackburn), Rev. Carl Blackburn and Ethel Knight; his sons-in-law, William Wenger and Mason Staub; and his grandson Jason Wenger.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Blackburn (Moss); his children, Deborah Wenger Staub, David Blackburn and Daniel; his daughter-in-law Lisa Blackburn; his grandchildren, Angie Nehrbass (Tim) and Garrett Blackburn (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Jenna, Caleb Nehrbass, Paisley, Carson and Lillie Grace Blackburn; his granddaughters, Rachel Staub, Ruth Billings (Staub), Rebekah Green (Staub) and Mary Simpson (Staub); his extended family, Cathy Denissoff, Mark, Laura Kell (Denissoff), Michael and Ellie Denissoff; Benjamin, Jonathan, Lily, Matthew, Calvin and Charlotte. He is also survived by grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
