It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Canty (Akron, Ohio), who passed away on September 23, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Willie Canty; and his brother Arthur Lee Canty. He is survived by : his children, Bryson, Camaree, Cameron and Calisa (Carrie Smith); his siblings, Annette Kolbs, Eunice, Barbara, Carlisa, Denise Smith (Tracy), Francene Canty (Scott) and David Canty (Jaylene); his close friends, Shunika Gambrell and Willie (Rey Rey); and his pet Diamond. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
