She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Neal Sr.; her daughters, Detta D'ette Neal and Deborah Reddick; her parents, William Andrews and Katherine Carter Andrews; and her siblings, Charles N. Greer, Joyce Greer Epps, Janet Gaynor Epps, Garnetta Clark, Jenny Davis, John Coller, George Coller, Aris Andrews and Vera McCoy.

She is survived by: her children, Herbert Neal Jr. and Denise Jones (Jerry); her grandchildren, Lanita McKnight (Stephen), Jennay Jones and Takilla Jones; her great grandchildren, Stephen, Ramon, Elijah, Elyiah, Allen and Tyana; her siblings, William D. Andrews, Claudette Andrews, Hedi Andrews, Carol Reid, Jim Coller, Gerald M. Coller and Beverly Banks Brooks; Jennay Jones. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
