It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Skinner of Albany, Ohio, born in Stewart, Ohio, who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Vern Parsons and Verona Starkey Parsons; and her husband Keith Skinner. She is survived by : her daughters, Amy Skinner (Clair Tosino) of Buckeye Lake and Molly Baumgartel (Rudiger) of Albany; her grandchildren, Matthew Skinner (Amy) of Pataskala, Max Baumgartel (Hannah) of Logan and Olivia Baumgartel of Albany; and her great grandchildren, Ada and Sam Skinner.
