He is survived by: his mother Carol Deaton Brown; his wife Peggy LeMay Brown; his children, Ashley Waters (Ray), Brittany Brown and Alisha Brown; his stepson Christopher Fultz; and his brothers, Robert, Gary and Jeff Brown. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
