She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Pratt and Flora M. Morgan Pratt; her husband Carl E. Hawk; and her siblings, Clyde Pratt, Betty Pratt, Alfred Pratt and Larry Pratt.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwayne Hawk (Tammy) and Phillip Hawk (Lisa); her grandchildren, Missy Pearson (Ron), Travis Hawk (Misti Smith) and Owen Hawk (Emi); her great grandchildren, Maya Binkney (Adam), Macy Sherman, Braden Hawk (Trena Wiseman-Esparza), Mallory Sherman, Carter Hawk, Billy Hawk, Olivia Hawk and Isaiah Hawk; and her sister-in-law Pam Pratt.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home (5258 Washington Rd, Albany, OH 45710). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Albany GlobaMethodist Church (5174 W Clinton St, Albany, OH 45710).
