He is survived by: his wife April Higginbotham Lowther; his children, Stephanie Walker, Wendy Cline (Curt) and Chet Lowther (April); his grandchildren, Kelsi Amerine (Brad), Kayla Cline (Chase Gould), Wesley Cline (Erin Canter) and Mason Lowther; and his sister Kathy Spencer (Gary).
