He is survived by: his wife Jan Myers of Albany; his children, John Guillard III (Tresa), Annetra White II (James) and Gezelle Guillard; his grandchildren, James White III, Essence Dehart (Chris) and Elijah Francis; and his siblings, Jerry Guillard (Jerri), Robert Guillard (Gloria), Alvin Guillard (Josie), Billy Guillard (Jovan), Perry Guillard (Marcreta), Earline Guillard and Rose Marie Allen (Gordon).
