He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles D. Mosier and Macel Kirk Mosier; his siblings, Lyda, Linda and Joe; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Mosier and Rejeania Mosier.
He is survived by : his siblings, Margaret Gire (Michael) of Antwerp and Gary of Albany; his nieces and nephews, Kip, Angie, Jeffrey, Sean, Shane and Jennifer; and his close friends, Butch, Zean, Tonya, Debbie and Betty.
