She is survived by: her husband Roger D. Pratt of Albany; her children, David Hartley (Lynn) of Palm Coast, FL and Jeri Dee Hartley-Lewis of Columbus; her grandchildren, Ian Hartley of Brevard, NC, Seth Lewis (Erin) of Findlay, OH, Emily Malta (Daniel) of Palm Coast, FL, Jacob Lewis of Columbus and Julie Lewis (Jason Reed); and her great grandchildren, Maddox, Stephen and Raegan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
