She is survived by: her son-in-law Scott; her significant other Charles "Red" Milligan; her children, Pam Burkhart (Todd) of New Marshfield, Greg Milligan (Cris) of Fresno, Texas, Peggy Edwards (Scott) of Aiken and Randy Milligan of Stewart; her grandchildren, Misti Cochran Smith of Nelsonville, Roger Cochran (Erica) of Athens, Joseph Milligan (Arianne) of Columbus, Jessica Jessberger of Columbus, Patrick, Alexis Milligan of Fresno, Texas, Maggie and Annie Milligan of Nelsonville; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Benjamin of The Plains, Izzy, Evie of Columbus, Ceci, Scarlett of Columbus, Aiden, Avery, Korbyn, Klaytyn and Serenity of Athens; her brothers, Jack Cline (Kay) of Albany and Gene Cline (Yvonne) of Albany; Sunny and Luka. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
