He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Blair and Anita Conley; and his former wife Arleen. He is survived by: his wife Victoria; his children, Ernie (Corita) of Nelsonville, George (Tammie) of Athens and Maryrose Blair Darst of Wellston; his grandchildren, Allen (Chrissy) of Maryland, Candy, Beth (Warren), Kris Ann (Bret), Hayley and Kate; his sister Juanita Lederle of Phoenix; his sons, Robert and Bill; his brother Sam; and his granddaughter Becky Darst. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
