He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lawrence Bean, Floyd and Frances Brookins; his grandmother-in-law James Mulanax; and his cousin Kevin Shaner.
He is survived by: his friends, Derek Fauber, Robbie Phillips, Jeff Mardis, Matt Hentrick, Robert Hope, Jon Carpenter and Mark Shields; his wife Amber Brookins; his daughter Maddie Brookins; his mother Debbie Brookins; his grandmother Marjorie Bean; his uncles, Larry Bean (Laura), Michael Bean (Jill) and Todd (Anne L'Heureux); his aunt Kathy Hoisington (Lane); his grandfather-in-law Charlotte Mulanax; and his brother-in-law JC Myers (Christina).
