As Phyllis departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Phyllis leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Howe and Geraldine Hayne Howe; her grandparents, William and Elizabeth Hayne; her sister Carole Howe Cantrell; and her nephew David Cantrell.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cremeens Funeral Chapel (75 Grape St, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
