He was predeceased by: his parent Peggy Bailey; his stepfather Lou Butterworth; and his former wife Debbie Bailey. He is survived by: his daughter Ricki Lynn Bailey; his girlfriend Tina Coen; his siblings, Cindy Flipse and Ed Butterworth (Leah); and his parent Amy Lowe.
