She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Quay Hall and Mildred Frances Wilson Hall; her sons, Kevin Scott Hysell and Dwayne Brant Hysell; and her siblings, Richard Hall and Carla Kelzenberg.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Rannells (Bob) of Albany; her son Derek Hysell (Malinda); her grandchildren, Christopher Hysell (Emily), Jeffrey Hysell, Richard Hysell (Kristina), Bryant Hysell, Kimberly Hysell and Tiffany Hysell; and her great grandchildren, Lilian, Bridgett Rose and Evie.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home (5258 Washington Rd, Albany, OH 45710). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
