He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom E. Moore and Virgie Moore (Mosley); his granddaughter Brandy Sansotta; and his siblings, Shirley Prater, Lawrence "Edd" Moore, Charles Moore and Peggy Sue Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Moore of Marion, Diana Higgins (Dave) of New Albany, Lisa Leonard (Matt) of Newcomerstown and Jason Moore of Kenton; and his siblings, Donald "Gene" Moore, Charlotte Bowling and Sharon Davis (David). He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
