He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Rowe and Effie Rowe; his pet Lilly; Kelly Rowe, Dexter Rowe, Florence Quicksall and Joy Shepherd.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Reineke (Ronald) of Alger; his grandchildren, Savanah Fout of Sidney, Cody Hurst of Kentucky and Tyler Miranda of Sidney; and his siblings, Bernie Rowe (Teresa) of LaFayette, Rosie Evans (Buster) of Alger and Ethel Arnett of Alger. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
