He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Rowe and Rosie Rowe (Puckett); his wife Linda Lou Rowe (Conley); his daughter Angie Ervin; his son-in-law David Ervin; his grandson Malekai Morgan; and his siblings, Margaret Mulholland, Betty Joan Crowe, Anthy Rowe, Bill Rowe, Gerald Rowe and Robert Lee Rowe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Missy Sexton (Joe) of Lima, Amanda Rowe of Lima and Terrie Baker of Lima; his grandchildren, Erin Welk (Josh), Joey Sexton (Haley Harvey), Shelby Knopp (Britt), Jacob Ervin, Keaton Sexton, Austin Freytag, Simaya Morgan and Faith Freytag; his great grandchildren, Evan Welk, Kayley Welk, Serenity Smith, Abel Smith, Emry Welk, Amelia Smith and Nash Welk; his granddaughter Abbey Keith (Keegan); his great grandchild Joey Fall (Stephanie); his siblings, Sam Rowe (Donna) of Dola, Ted Rowe (Georgette) of Alger, Dean Rowe of Alger and Mary Ann Kritzler (Joel) of Kenton; and his sister-in-law Rita Rowe of Rushylvania.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services (701 N Front St, Alger, OH 45812). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
