He is survived by: his siblings, Lee Downing, Sally Smith and Mary Downing.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services (311 E Lima Ave, Ada, OH 45810). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
