She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Frank and Isabelle M. Frank (Samblanet); her husband Spencer E. Bedford; her siblings, Martha Price, Lucille McIntee, Marie Kovacic, Hilda Violand, Cletus Frank, J. Walter Frank, Roger Frank and Clarence Frank; and her great grandchild Ethan Montgomery.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas J. Bedford (Barbara), Denise Carrie (Daniel), Judy Hunter (Ray), Rebecca Egli (James), Linda Green (Larry), Diane Baum (Jeff) and Joann Stevens (Michael); her sister Jean Frasher; and her sister-in-law Beverly Frank Monter. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren.
