With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alan Lee Houk of Alliance, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on April 16, 2024 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alan Lee Houk to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gloria Houk (Martin) and Armand Houk Jr.; and his former life partner Susan Houk (Moss). He is survived by : his wife Connie Houk (Fitch); his sons, Nathan (Karla), Andrew (Dana), Paul (Kate), Charles (Shari) and Stephen (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Brandon, Jamie, Paris, Quinn, Jakob, Isabel, Elise, Josh, Donovan, Riley and Ian; and his sister Rebecca (Becky). He is also survived by eight brothers- and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home (75 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Community Bible Church (18146 US-62, Sebring, OH 44609).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, Wycliffe Bible Translators, or United Local Band Boosters in Hanoverton, Ohio.
