He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Oyster and Katherine Oyster; and his siblings, William Oyster and Arlene Bielz. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Oyster; his children, Jill Donovan (Jeffrey) and John Oyster; his stepchildren, Lisa Bare (Jason) and Michael Konen (Amy); his sister Marilyn Christen; his grandchildren, Lauren Price, Renata Price, Tyler Bare, Madeline Hyde, Kayla Sandwick, Bryan Konen and Riley Konen; and his great grandchildren, Ayden Hyde, Alivia Hyde, Elora Sandwick and Tegan Sandwick.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home (75 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601).
