She was predeceased by: her husband Donald K. Biggs, Sr.; her parents, Elmer Lemasters and Nellie Lemasters (Hill); and her siblings, Virginia Dean, Leonard, Charles, Richard and Kenny Lemasters.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Biggs, Debra Eberling, Cathy Heater Yarwood, Linda Collins, Donald K. Biggs, Jr., Brenda Biggs and Clarence Biggs; and her sister Lina Gandee. She is also survived by many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
