She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne E. "Spike" Evans and Evalyn Mae Evans (Woolf); her husband Roy "Jack" Teague Sr.; her brothers, Harold "Harry" Laverne and Lawrence "Larry" Edwin; her stepmother Ellen Evans (Moorehead); and her brothers-in-law, Robert Fargo and Al "Butch" Tasker.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Lack (David) of Fullerton, California; her grandchildren, Carl Teague (Vallie), Melissa Scott (Matthew), Elizabeth Thomas (Steven), Joseph Teague (Sarah), Dylan and Kelsey Lack; her great grandchildren, Paige, Mikah Thomas, Rachel, Rebekah, Hannah, Julia Teague, Madison and Ava Scott; her siblings, Sylvia Tasker, Sandra Fargo and Gary Evans (Charlotte); and her pet Barkley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
