She was predeceased by: her parents, William Simons and Sophie L. Simons (Admonius); her brothers, Gerald L. Simons (Debbie) and William Simons; and her nephew Billy Simons.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Joseph Lampe, Sr.; her children, Robyn Pencek (Mark) of Cincinnati and B. J. Lampe (Beverly); her grandchildren, Robert Lampe, Amber Hamel (Eric), Erika Lampe, Tatum Pencek and Tanner Pencek; her great grandchild Lilly Hamel; her sibling's children, Gerry Simons, Jr., Dan Simons, Craig Simons, Amy Bennett and Lisa Heater; and her sisters-in-law, Karen Quick, Barbara Madsen (John), Donna Kennedy (Kevin) and Karol Lampe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
