She is survived by: her daughters, Jacquelyn Heslep of Alliance and Candi Heslep (Sam Tanbour) of Chicago, IL; her siblings, Rebecca Jarvis of Alliance, Jim Jarvis (Kathy) of Alliance and Tim Jarvis (Linda) of Alliance; her granddaughter Kiera Hairston of Alliance; her close friends, Teresa Benning, Flo Harding and Amy Hawkins; and her pet Prince. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
