She is survived by : her son Chad Shaffner; her brothers, Bruce Manack, Mike Manack and Joseph Manack; her nieces and nephews, Delilah Hoffman (Terry), Brooke Widder, Diana Manack, Scott Rucker (Pam) and David Manack (Marcy); her aunt Gloria Fowler; and her cousins, Steven Leggett and Leo Hidey.
