She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Manack and Opal Manack; and her niece Sara Manack. She is survived by: her son Chad Shaffner; her brothers, Bruce Manack, Mike Manack and Joseph Manack; her siblings' children, Delilah Hoffman (Terry), Brooke Widder, Diana Manack, Scott Rucker (Pam) and David Manack (Marcy); her aunt Gloria Fowler; and her cousins, Steven Leggett and Leo Hidey.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's United Church of Christ: 21 Wooster Street NW, Navarre, OH 44662.
