It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen C. Garnes (Alliance, Ohio), who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Muffley and Margareta Muffley (Schenk); her daughter Nikki Wagner; her grandchildren, Alexis and Carmen; and her father-in-law Nelson Garnes Sr..

She is survived by: her significant other Ralph Garnes; her children, Teresa Lindsey (Brett), Angel Maxon (Donald), Keith Wagner Jr., Danielle Wagner (Troy), Julia Klingler (Adam), Bonnie Wagner and Heather King; and her sisters, Alma Issac, Mary Thomsick and Marilyn Gordon (Jack). She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
