With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Catherine L. Ruggly (Alliance, Ohio), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She is survived by : her parents, Dave Ruggly and Cathy Seery (Beckett); her stepfather Todd Seery; her daughters, Breanna Morris and Cheyanne Ruggly; her grandchildren, Zackery, Noah, Isaiah, Maliyah, Delilah and Mattilyn; and her brother David. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, niece and nephews.
