With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Higginbotham of Alliance, Ohio, born in New Martinsville, West Virginia, who passed away on April 4, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Simon (George) and Bob Simon; and his grandson Harley. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Higginbotham; his daughters, Kimberly Gang (Jim) and Beverly Brodin; and his grandchildren, Kimmy Cox, Tyler Gang, Candice Blevins and Shayla Blevins. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
