He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph M. Puhl and Phyllis Yvonne Puhl (Battey); and his brother Raymond Puhl. He is survived by: his wife Judy Puhl (Sanor); his children, Kim Serdinak (John), Kerry Puhl, Kevin Puhl (Amy) and Kristi Farrell (James); and his sisters, Bonnie Phillips and Betty Sawicki (John). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
