He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil C. Warner and Mary M. Warner (Greene); and his siblings, Bruce, David, Robert, Peggy DeLawder, Nancy Ludwig and Mary Jane Kriner.
He is survived by: his wife C. Charlene Warner; his children, Cheryl Ann Smith, Kimberly Kay Bailey, Trudy Lynn Collins and Clarence A. Warner II; and his siblings, William Warner, Beverly Nichols, Susan Milburn, Shirley Underwood and Carol Long. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
