She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Cook and Elizabeth Cook (Marconi); her husband Donald E. Baxter; her grandson Nicholas; and her sister Sister Philomena Frances Cook.
She is survived by: her sons, Samuel Rowley (Jena) of Akron and Fred Rowley (Vicki Croley) of Alliance; her grandchildren, Hailee, Cole, Allison and Alyssa; her great grandchild Brentley; and her brother Alfred "Sonny" Cook. She is also survived by five stepchildren, six step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
