She is survived by: her children, Floyd Sams (Richelle), Steven Sams, Debra Prologo and Mousie Beltrami (Steve); her grandchildren, Damion Prologo (Leanne), Kacie Menendez (Brad), Stephanie Sams, Stevie Beltrami, Corey Beltrami, Jaret Sams (Heather) and Katie Sams; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Reece, Zander, Harley, Braxton, Ka'Leah, Da'Markes and Kingston.
