She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Krizan and Barbara Krizan (Crowl); and her son Justin Smith. She is survived by : her sons, Jesse Smith (Tiffany) of Quaker City and Jordan Smith (Kerry) of Minerva; and her sisters, Cindy Burger (Don) of Minerva and Theresa Shoeppner (Tom) of Minerva. She is also survived by 5 granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
