She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Greek and Louella Greek (Hawkins); her husband Richard C. Lapp; her uncle Raymond; her aunt Dorothy Hawkins; her children, Sharon Lewis Shott and Gary Lewis; and her siblings, Kenneth, Wilmer and Patricia.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Brittany Powers; her grandchildren, Derek Gates and Alexandra Shott; and her siblings, Sally King (Jim), Nancy McCormick (Walt), Joyce Davis and Robert Greek (Marilyn). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, 470 E. Broadway, Alliance, Ohio 44601.
