He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Blair and Agnes Blair; his former wife Christel; his sister Kathy Blair Blumhard; and his granddaughter Sarah DuMoulin McCallion.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Blair of Deerfield; his daughters, Christin Blair and Danielle Geho (Robin); his stepchildren, Natasha Doughty and Jeffery Doughty; his brothers, Wayne Blair (Nancy) of Florida and Kent Blair (Janet) of New Mexico; his grandchildren, Seth DuMoulin (Rachel) of New Jersey and Sarah Holm (Bryan) of California; and his grandson-in-law Sam McCallion of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
He battled the challenges of Parkinson's with strength, courage and grace.
