She is survived by: her husband Larry Shade; her daughters, Jill Anstine (Mike) and Amy Simmons (Jeff); her grandchildren, Josh Anstine (Lindsey), Emily Falcone (Eric), Sarah Muminov (Baha), Dylan Simmons and Drew Simmons; her great grandchildren, Maggie and Jacob Anstine; and her brother Roger Wayt (Beth).
