She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathleen Barrows and Ralph Smith; her former husband Richard Flarida; her children, Susan Strong and Darrin Flarida; and her close friend Roger Mathers.
She is survived by: her brothers, Russell Barrows (Anna Mae) and Larry Lewis (Kadriye) of Overland Park, KS; her children, Russell Flarida (Beatrice) and Diana Flarida (Eric Kibler); her son-in-law Robert Strong; and her close friends, Chris and Bud Keys of Sarasota, FL.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren: ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
