He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Cunningham and Verda Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Cunningham; his children, Michael and Amy Scott (Jason); his grandchildren, Jake Scott, Ava Scott and Maddison Seison; and his brother Dawson Cunningham (Kaye).
