He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Moore and Leah Teaman Moore. He is survived by: his wife Linda Anne Ball Moore; and his son David Moore of Alliance. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home (60 W Martin St, East Palestine, OH 44413). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
